Winter wonderland in the Rosewood Mini Sessions 2024:
November 29th (Friday) from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
The Studio is located in Conroe - Texas
To book your spot: Booking fee $100 + Tax (online payment)
ATTENTION: The $100 booking fee DOES NOT include any digital files, prints or products. This is exclusively to save your date on the photographer's calendar and cover the photographer's expenses like consultation, location scouting, props settings, driving expenses and planning. Extra digitals and photo packages can be purchased later (see below). Retainer fee is non-refundable.
Two packages available (max 6 people - immediate family only)- prices exclude booking fee
$140 + tax - 6 fully edited images in online gallery
$240 + tax - 12 fully edited images in online gallery
Each session will be limited to 15 minutes.
Your remaining balance will be due after your session, once you review your proof gallery and select the images to be hand edited by Paula Ruiz.
Images will be presented and selected from an online proof gallery within 5 business days. Packages upgrades and extra images will be available for purchase ($30 + tax per image). Proof images are for viewing purposes ONLY - please don't print screen or share in social media.
All final images will be delivered via digital download, in full resolution and free of watermarks within 15 days of the shooting date. Any additional editing requests after the images are delivered may require extra fees.
Studio Policy and Terms:
Due to the nature of these products, deposits and session fees are non refundable.
Late arrival will result in time being taken away from your session, never from the next one. If you arrive past the time your session is supposed to finish, you will loose your retainer fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Paula Ruiz Photography, LLC and Paula Ruiz retains all rights to reproduction and publication of any images taken by them. Any alteration to their original work is strictly prohibited by federal law and will be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Final galleries must be downloaded within 14 days. A $50 fee will be charged to re-open expired galleries. - You agree to hold harmless, Paula Ruiz Photography, LLC and Paula Ruiz (Photographer) from any dispute in the event you or your family become injured during your session. Paula Ruiz Photography, LLC and Paula Ruiz will not be held liable for any illness or injury that may occur before, during, or after your session as well as any property damages.
