By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the information below, including location, pricing, and policies. All sales are final.

🎄 Christmas Mini Sessions 2025 — “ Elegant Christmas at Humble”
Pets allowed-$25 pet fee
Location: The Studio is located in HUMBLE - Texas
November 1st (Saturday) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

⏱ Session Length: 15 minutes per family

To Book Your Spot:
Booking Fee: $100 + tax (online payment)

⚠️ Please note: The $100 booking fee does not include any digital files, prints, or products. This fee secures your date on the photographer’s calendar and covers pre-session preparation such as consultation, location scouting, props setup, travel, and planning.
The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Packages (for up to 6 people – immediate family only):
(Prices listed below do not include the $100 booking fee)

$90 + tax— 5 fully edited images (online gallery)
$150+ tax — 15 fully edited images (online gallery)
$350 + tax — for the full gallery (up to 50 edited images)
The remaining balance is due after the session, once you view your proof gallery and select your final images.

Gallery & Image Delivery:
Proof gallery available within 5 business days after the session
Proof images are for viewing only — please do not screenshot or share them on social media
Final high-resolution images (without watermark) will be delivered via digital download within 15 days of your session
Requests for additional edits after final delivery may incur additional fees
Studio Policies & Terms:
All deposits and session fees are non-refundable.
Late arrivals: Any delay will be deducted from your own session time. If you arrive after your session is scheduled to end, you forfeit your retainer. No exceptions and no refunds.
Expired galleries: Final galleries must be downloaded within 14 days. A $50 fee applies to reopen expired galleries.
Image rights: Paula Ruiz Photography, LLC and Paula Ruiz retain full copyright and reproduction rights to all images. Editing or altering images in any way is strictly prohibited under federal law and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
Liability: By booking this session, you agree to hold harmless Paula Ruiz Photography, LLC and Paula Ruiz (Photographer) from any claims related to injury, illness, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after your session.
